Pakistan Stands with Kashmir: Rallies, Events, and Prayers Mark Kashmir Solidarity Day

Karachi Web Desk: In a powerful show of support for the people of Kashmir, rallies, events, and prayer gatherings were held across Pakistan to observe Kashmir Solidarity Day. The main rally in Karachi saw a massive turnout, with political leaders, social activists, students, and citizens joining hands to express unwavering support for the Kashmiri struggle for self-determination.

Massive Rally in Karachi

The rally, led by Sindh’s Minister for Education Syed Sardar Ali Shah, commenced with a symbolic two-minute silence to honor Kashmiri martyrs. Participants carried Kashmiri flags and banners with bold messages such as “Kashmir will become Pakistan” and “We Stand with Kashmir”.

Following the rally, a central solidarity event took place, attended by Chief Secretary Sindh Asif Haider Shah, Special Assistant to the Sindh Chief Minister Najmi Alam, and prominent Kashmiri Hurriyat leader Syed Muhammad Naseem Yousuf Bukhari from Azad Kashmir. Several political figures, civil society representatives, and students also participated.

Strong Message of Support for Kashmir

Addressing the gathering, Sindh Education Minister Syed Sardar Ali Shah reaffirmed Pakistan’s unwavering support for Kashmiris, stating:

He further emphasized that Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) originally established Kashmir Solidarity Day, ensuring that the Pakistani nation renews its commitment to the oppressed Kashmiri people every year.

Other dignitaries, including Chief Secretary Sindh Asif Haider Shah, also spoke at the event, paying tribute to the sacrifices of Kashmiri martyrs and highlighting the importance of international awareness regarding the Kashmir issue.

Special Prayers for Kashmir’s Freedom

The event concluded with heartfelt prayers for the freedom of Kashmir and a special tribute to the martyrs who laid down their lives for their homeland.

Kashmir Solidarity Day remains a symbol of Pakistan’s unwavering commitment to the Kashmiri cause, as millions across the country continue to stand in solidarity with their oppressed brothers and sisters.
