Web Desk: In a recent online address during the Davos Forum, former U.S. President Donald Trump expressed his eagerness to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin soon to discuss resolving the Ukraine conflict.
Trump emphasized the urgency of ending the ongoing war, stating, “I want to meet President Putin very soon to work towards ending the Ukraine war.” He also highlighted his optimistic view of U.S.-China relations, saying, “I see very positive relations between China and the United States.”
Regarding North America, Trump remarked that the U.S. no longer relies on Canada for oil, gas, or other resources.
On global energy matters, Trump stated his intention to urge Saudi Arabia and OPEC countries to lower oil prices in the international market. He further shared plans to encourage Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to increase Saudi investments in the U.S. to $1 trillion.
