Pakistan Army Chief Slams Indian Military's Hollow Statements, Vows Strong Response

Islamabad Web Desk: Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff, General Asim Munir, has strongly condemned recent provocative statements from the Indian military, calling them “hollow” and a sign of growing frustration. He reaffirmed that Pakistan’s armed forces are fully prepared to respond to any aggression with full force.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the remarks were made during the 267th Corps Commanders Conference, chaired by General Munir. The forum took serious note of India’s military rhetoric, labeling it as irresponsible and a threat to regional stability.

Pakistan’s Stance on Indian Aggression

During the conference, military officials reviewed emerging security challenges and discussed the current situation along the Line of Control (LoC) and the Working Boundary. General Munir stated that the Pakistan Army is committed to defending the nation’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

He criticized India’s recent statements as a desperate attempt to divert attention from its internal issues and ongoing human rights violations. “Such remarks are meant to mislead the Indian public and the international community,” he added.

Concerns Over Kashmir & Regional Security

The forum also condemned India’s continued human rights violations in occupied Jammu and Kashmir. It stressed that India’s actions pose a serious threat to peace and stability in the region. Reaffirming Pakistan’s unwavering support for the Kashmiri people, the conference called for global intervention to hold India accountable for its defiance of UN resolutions.

Terrorism & Afghanistan Border Security

The meeting expressed concern over terrorist activities originating from Afghan soil, urging the interim Afghan government to take concrete actions instead of denying the presence of extremist elements. Pakistan’s military leadership reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring national security through all necessary measures.

Development & National Unity

In addition to security matters, the conference emphasized the need for accelerating socio-economic development in Balochistan. General Munir highlighted the importance of military training, enhanced defense cooperation, and joint counterterrorism exercises to strengthen operational readiness.

The forum paid tribute to the sacrifices of Pakistan’s armed forces, law enforcement agencies, and civilians who have laid down their lives for the peace and stability of the country.

Conclusion

Pakistan remains steadfast in its commitment to national defense and regional peace. The armed forces, with the unwavering support of the people, will continue to safeguard the country’s sovereignty and counter any threats with full strength.
